Critics watched WW and were probably delighted when they realized they wouldn't have to shit all over yet another DCU movie (bump). It's a blockbuster superhero movie led by a woman. Given the present climate, that's culturally significant (bump). Maybe they are predisposed to wanting to see a movie like this do well (bump).

So you’re suggesting that they universally decided to go easy on the film for their own personal agendas? Did I get that right?

Also, your assessment that critics have some PC agenda when it comes to reviewing movies, but not towards the “bad” movies doesn’t work. If critics did have a political agenda, why would they care if the movie is good or bad? Their readers wouldn’t take them seriously either way if they think they have an agenda in mind.
