The results so far are very enlightening! The majority of votes on the RFS board come from those "opposed to religion".  That raises the question of why those who hate religion hang around a religion board? I would say the opposite - it raises questions about why theists don't have staying power. It's not a very active board, so I would say that instead of being too many atheists it is more a case of too few theists. Could be that having their beliefs consistently challenged elicits feelings of existential terror.  |
