Matt Ryan To Join Legends Of Tomorrow’ As Series Regular

He's an interesting character and should bring something new to the show. God damn this show needs something because it can't go any further down the shitter. Do the writers even have a plan anymore or is this just the D show to show where all the characters that couldn't fit in the other shows go?
