A museum will come up for sure. Cow slaughter houses will be banned (I think right now they can be exported and bull/buffaloes can be cut). The best that can be done among their key promises is unified civil code that too sounds unachievable. A ban on triple talaq would be a good start. Cut down FDI in religious institutions, audit records of shrines and make them go for full disclosure. Also decontrol of Hindu temples from govt. control should be taken up. A permanent moratorium on caste based positions as well.
