Yes, I'd like that. Have the LOT go back to the time of the dinosaurs and drop her there. Seriously though, I think Felicity could fit in LOT and serve at control center while the rest of the team is in the field, kind of like how Iris, Wells and Catlin guide Barry from Star Labs.
