In primary school we were forced to wear green Legionnaire hats similar to this (though they had Velcro on the flaps to pin them up)...
In high school we wore grey hats much like this (only they were a darker grey and didn't have the strap)...
The only sort of hat I wear these days is a basic black cap when I take the dog for a walk. I bought a Fedora once...but never really used it, as I didn't feel I could pull off wearing it.
The only hats that I hate are propeller hats.
