It's alright because you don't know the dynamics. There are some boards that have their own eco-system and Admin has let them discuss any off-topic. The people of such boards have known each other for years (over 10 years in this case) and such members like to share everything with each other on a specific board. These members treat their main board as all-purpose board to discuss anything.
The two main board with such special privileges are Religion Faith and Spirituality board and Indian Cinema Board. We are not to move any off-topics from these two boards. Indian Cinema Board and RFS board for years have been "OT boards". I will move this one back to ICB.
Do us a favour and tell the mods to quit interfering on these boards.
