Yeah, is was on YouTube back in 2008.
Superman travels into the past to the point when both missiles are launched...
He tries to alter the California missile's trajectory, so that it will follow a similar trajectory to that of the Hackensack missile...
As he tries to dispose of the California missile into space, it explodes, and it creates a shockwave, that still damages the dam where Jimmy is, and blows up the gas station where Lois is...
Superman then saves Jimmy as he did before...
Superman then goes after the Hackensack missile, and sends it out into space...
This video serves as a recap of the first film, for Donner's version of Superman II... And so the missile releases the villains from the Phantom Zone.
Superman then returns to Earth and finds Lois having trouble with her car, because it has run out of Gas.
After he flies off, the credits roll, similar to that of Superman I, for Superman II

It is a six minute sequence made by a guy named Selutron, who was working on his own Ultimate Superman II Cut.
"Why the post time travel? Lois’ line about having been through an earthquake doesn’t appear to make sense otherwise. If Supes travels back in time and stops the missiles then what is Lois talking about? What earthquake? What caused it? So the idea was to have some fun trying to come up with an explanation for that – one missile went off very quickly, the other a lot later. In Superman’s second go, he goes after the other one first but it still goes off and causes a small earthquake."
