I used to contribute somewhat frequently to "goofs" but I started to feel a bit sheepish about doing that. I came to the realization that most "goofs" as reported on IMDb aren't significant enough to really make any difference to the plot, or a viewer's enjoyment of a film. So it started to seem like it was just being nit-picky.

It's fun to spot little glitches and point them out, but it does seem rather pointless, so I've pretty much stopped doing that.

NOTORIOUS EXAMPLE: the converse sneakers in that split second shot in the I WANT CANDY montage in MARIE ANTOINETTE with Kirsten dunst.

IT MEANS [in case no one else could figure this out] THAT THIS IS A NOD TO THE FACT THAT MARIE WAS STILL A TEENAGER! it was INTENTIONAL and Sofia purposely put those in there.
