Oh the visual style, is that what you're saying? If so, that's a concern for me too. Underwater action is something that Hollywood really hasn't improved upon since The Abyss...in 1989. Exactly. What little they had in JUSTICE LEAGUE didn't look half bad. I wondered if they were going to be ultra-serious about everything, so that way Arthur will look all the more like a fish out of water when he's among the Atlantians. And, perhaps, in the flashbacks (I assume that there will be some, to explain how his mother ended up meeting a human, leaving Arthur on said human's doorstep, how she later took in the chic from JUSTICE LEAGUE, and some info on Dolph L's character) we can see where he got some of that sense of humour from his father, as well as seeing how his isolation at being different, not-having his mom around, and such turned that sense of humour to a more biting, sarcastic one that we saw in JUSTICE LEAGUE's beginning and when Arthur was interacting with Bruce. And that would further show a difference between the world below the waves and that on land, that the Atlantians are very serious, steeped in history, worried about discovery & ocean pollution, while the people his human father was around are surf bums, fishermen, hippies, free-spirits, and the like, so they were a little odd, funny, fun-loving, and free. So you can see how it would chafe at Arthur to be around his mother's people, plus a bit of, "You left me for THIS?" and also give you a hint as to why he acts the way he does with each of the LEAGUE members. That Bruce is too much like the Atlantians, Diana was someone he expected be that way but isn't, and such.
