The Ninth Gate (1999), a greatly underrated film: First a prologue to the action, then the opening titles proper: www.youtube.com/watch?v=d2VHyMX2rakMain attraction is the score by Wojciech Kilar. And, although we were not asked, my choice for the best closing titles would be "Shakespeare in Love" (1998). Having those as the final impressions probably clinched its (admittedly controversial) Oscar. It is the only film I can remember where the main point of the movie was made by the closing titles.
