Yeah the Zendaya controversy was stupid, especially since they never confirmed her as Mary Jane Watson. But that's the internet for you.
Oh yeah that was completely uncalled for.
Unfortunately fandoms have their assholes. Gal Gadot got insane amount of hate when they announced her casting. There was a big anti campaign, largely because, and I quote, "Her tits aren't big enough! WONDER WOMAN IS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BIG TITS!!!!"
She also got bashed because of her ethnicity.
