The ones responsible are all dead already. According to the Wiki, the leaders of the Winter Soldier Project were Armin Zola, Alexander Pierce and Vasily Karpov. They're all dead. There's nobody to bring to justice. Not everyone responsible is dead. The 1 person who actually killed Howard and Maria Stark (Bucky Barnes) is still alive and remains free and unpunished for those 2 violent and brutal killings. So my question is why does Steve Rogers hate Howard and Maria Stark so much that he doesn't want everyone responsible for their violent and brutal murders brought to justice? Is it because Howard and Maria Stark are rich so Steve Rogers hated them for being so wealthy? |
