Timothy Dalton for me.
He came across as being a lot more dangerous than Moore and his debut coincided with a change of tone for the franchise as a whole, wherein it dropped most of the campiness that came to define it during the Roger Moore era. Not saying I don’t love some of the Moore movies (I do), but I preferred Dalton’s take on the character. Would have liked to have seen him in more Bond movies.
