Besides the costs, it would also require someone in peak physical condition, martial arts expert, master detective, and extensive knowledge of chemistry and engineering. I can't think of any billionaires that have those sort of credentials. Perhaps some military equipment CEO with a Marines background? Vladimir Putin meets all your criteria. I'm certain that the Russian Federation commands far more resources than does the Wayne Foundation. Getting back to Bruce Wayne, it appears to me that he should sponsor a paramilitary formation to test his various inventions before Batman employs them in the field. Such a formation has long existed and it's obvious that Bruce Wayne has collaborated with it. Here's proof:   |
