'out of the league' may be a little harsh maybe in the same position as a brock osweiler - bounce around - show a flash here and there - 3rd stringers 5 years from now - or gone apparently jackson has really impressed and put some muscle on too..... reminds me a bit of the disrespect watson was getting coming out of Clemson to a degree (albeit Watson won a National Title - but Jackson was the Heisman)..... Here's how I'm thinking it will go... 1. Browns - Darnold He's the safest bet. 2. Somebody - Allen. Won't be the Giants. They'll trade. They won't take a QB and watch Eli grind out three more good seasons. They like Saquon Barkley but the trade will be too sweet to pass up. Bills probably, New England maybe. They have two #1 and can afford to let a QB sit and learn. A lot of grief for trading Garoppolo. They need the heir apparent. 3. Jets - Rosen 4. Browns - Barkley. Nice playout for Cleveland 5. Broncos - Mayfield then someone will trade up with Indy or Tampa and take Jackson. Bills if the Giants price is too steep. Cardinals maybe. i want to see Mayfield/Rosen in New York - i.e. the Jets and Giants. big apple. ton of pub. both seem to be lightning rods right now for criticism - press - would make things all the more fun. still scratching my head as to why the Giants never traded up to nab Watson and never understood why he went around 10th(correct me if I'm wrong) or so in the draft and not a hell of a lot earlier - and if i was a team sitting mid to late round - i definitely would have moved up to nab him. elite QB with brains who could run and throw who came from an elite program that won a title - head scratcher ....
