Yeah with Snyder gone there will be a tonal shift in the DCEU, and I hope they brighten up the colors too. Honestly the bluish gray filter used in the DCEU bothers me more than the lack of humor. I think getting rid of Zac Snyder is going to turn out to be the best move Warner Bros have made. I was sorry to hear about why he had to leave 'Justice League' and wouldn't wish such a horrible thing on anybody but I think he is very out of touch when it comes to making DC movies and there are better people out there that are more suited for the job. I would love to see Scott Snyder write a Batman movie. That is a Snyder that knows the ins and outs of the character. Personally I thought Man of Steel, BVS and JL were ok films. Not perfect but enjoyablle. But even so I know how divisive they are, and you can't have that for a shared cinematic universe. And for this I blame WB. When MOS got mixd reviews, that should have been the time to dismiss Snyder and get another director. WB should have known what was going to happen to BVS given Snyder's style. I also heard rumors that Whedon was fired from Batgirl because he wasn't able to fix Justice League. I hope that's not true because surely what happened there can't be blamed on him. Anyway that's over and done with, and hopefully Aquaman meets critical and commercial success. Shazam too.
