It's a bit bland, but it's current init. You don't really want too much going on with your logos these days, with smartphones and apps and whatnot you need a favicon that scales easily for continuity. Don't suppose it matters that much for a football club like Juventus though, having a modern logo I mean.
I wonder how much they paid? I paid a freelancer $5 a logo to come up with new favicons for me, on fiverr.com, and I think they actually did a much better job.
