I haven't seen this one and Brooks is either a love him or hate him kind of talent. I really like Lost In America-85' though and I find the film extremely entertaining. Julie Hagerty is an asset here. He is annoying and even sort of phony in Broadcast News-87', but I still enjoy the film overall. He's good at playing himself I think, and his role in Broadcast News just appears to be an expansion of his role from Taxi Driver-76'.
