Because CAFTA and Thor are light hearted movies and showing injured soldiers with amputated limbs is too scary for the MCU fans.

So you agree that neither CATFA, Thor or WW ever made jokes about amputated soldiers. Good. Like I said, the WW movie was pretty much the same as these MCU movies.
