As an actual former bodybuilder I can tell you the exact order:
Cavill would win. He is the biggest guy and has the biggest natural chest, which helps during competition.
Thor would be second, but lacks size in the middle areas. Still he has the biggest arms out of all of them and great abs.
Evans would be next. He honestly probably has the best overall body with cut and size, but I feel Cavill beats him by simply having the massive chest.
Aquaman is next. He has a great body and has size, but he does not really have a 'bodybuilder' body, as in one that would win any competitions.
Wolverine lacks the size to really compete, but he is the most defined person on here (besides maybe Thor)
Deadpool has a very nice body, but would never be able to compete. He is too small.
