I'm not a bodybuilder but I was under the assumption that you needed more than just size to win a competition. Cavill has the most mass but he doesn't seem to have as good definition and striation as the others. He had definition in Man of Steel and someone with his size could get that fairly quickly. I feel that with the right competition diet he would have a leaner frame in only a month or so and be ready for show. Sorry, I guess I didn't make this clear in my OP. The contestants don't get any prep time for the competition. They're taken as they are from the movies (their peak physical shape in the movies) and dumped into the competition as is. That makes it easier for us to judge since we wont' need to guess what each one will look like after being given prep time.
