Nope. People were rooting for bad reviews before it was even released because of the casting 'controversy.'

And people were rooting for the F4 reboot to get bad reviews because they made Johnny Storm black. Doesn’t mean that the criticisms of it being boring like Iron Fist wasn’t genuine.
