Remind me how Felicity was put in charge of Palmer Tech in the first place because that storyline was dumb as an emu on a treadmill. You would have to be crazy to think some random IT girl wasn't going to run it into the ground because she had no prior experience of running a company.

I think the main reason the writers put Felicity in charge of Palmer Tech is 'cause they wanted to give her a more important role in the show than just being a lower level IT person that works for a company and Oliver on the side but the way she got it did look very unrealistic and I think they realised it was a mistake after a while and didn't know what to do with it so they had her lose it and moved on and now she just works for Team Arrow and I think Oliver pays her.
