Sure, it is. The end scene with Banner controlling the transformation is directly referenced in the climactic battle for NY when he says he’s always angry and hulks out. Plus it’s part of the 22 movie count and there is a copy of it next to my collector tesseract. Abomination was referenced in Agents of Shield, too. I wish the Leader would have played a role, but Betty’s spot was replaced by Natasha setting the sun. It’s more convenient to take her along on missions. And Ross in Civil War is the same actor/character as in TIH.
