Even though it's labelled as such, did they retcon that movie out of existence?
That one seems almost forgotten. What about to Betty Ross? She was never mentioned again. Also they teased The Leader but nothing came of that at all.
Did the events of that movie still take place or not?
It is unofficially officially in the MCU. Hulk is still a Universal character. I think Ross and even Talbot might be in that same gray area like Quicksilver.
