As for the humor, there are more people who are appreciative of the humor than there are against it. MCU would need to be completely stupid to get rid of something that a lot of people appreciate. I do believe they need to be careful of the type of humor though, make sure they're more witty instead of slapsticky, but the humor itself is good and appreciated.
