Most of these are classics or cult classics. Some of them you will say "no way they are rated under 7.0 on imdb," but they are at the time I write this.
Yes, FOR YOUR EYES ONLY, OCTOPUSSY, YOU ONLY LIVE TWICE, three of the undeniably classic Bond movies are under 7.0.
Yes, I couldn't believe that the under 7.0 club includes THE BRIDGES AT TOKO RI, MOTHRA, FIRST SPACHESTHIP ON VENUS, SILENT RUNNING, ROBINSON CRUSOE ON MARS, THE BLACK CASTLE, JUNGLE FIGHTERS, THEN THERE WERE THREE, GOD'S LITTLE ACRE, FLESH+BLOOD, the list goes on.
Yes, people hate comedy and hate laughing enough to keep these under 7.0: ROOM SERVICE, AT THE CIRCUS, THE SMILING GHOST. Unbelievable that the two most laugh out loud films are under 7.0, while some of their duller efforts like Duck Soup are higher. Too many rivals are jealous of their great stuff, and try to keep them out of view, obviously.
Even two of Hitchcock's super classics (about 6 qualify for that status) are under 7.0. What gives there?
Some I didn't have room for include Firecreek, Dreamscape, The Indian Fighter, Savage Pampas, Joe Kidd, Blindfold, Kitten With a Whip, Barbary Coast, Day the World Ended, Lost 2004, and Journey to Shiloh.
It will be hard to narrow down to 12, for anyone. There are just too many bubble boys rating movies on imdb who hate inspiration, imagination, innovation, and entertainment.
