Bvs had big stakes because they killed Superman. And he stayed dead forever. Or at least for 10 minutes until the last scene of the movie.

Also Batman died in TDKR. He was "dead" for about 10 minutes too until the end of the movie. So Marvel should do that instead of waiting a year to bring them back. Apparently 10 minutes is "stakes".
