Huh? Wasn't Rhodey still paralysed? I thought he was using some hi tech braces on his legs to help him walk like he was practicing to do in Civil War.
Also Con #6 shouldn't even be included. Nobody has any idea what is going on with Captain Marvel. She could be on another planet, in cryosleep, trapped in another dimension etc.
