A combination of the first two choices. I think they're just waiting out the Infinity War hype and are feeling more comfortable about Aquaman (knock on wood) but yeah, the visual effects for a movie like this have to be outstanding. It's been the most low key DC production in years, so perhaps they're learning a lesson from Batman versus Superman and Justice League?
