No surprise here of course. I mean that cash cow isn't going to milk itself. "I will say we have resolved the future of the franchise and believe me it's an incredibly bright future. I think where it's going will be the continuation of what the fans really wanted since T2. We have something this year that we will be announcing for the franchise. It's something we're incredibly excited about and we think is the direction it needs to head." movieweb.com/terminator-reboot-movie-2017-announcement/Sounds to me like they want to make some sequel that continues directly from T2 or something like that. I don't think that should happen since T2 ended well and should have stopped there. And I can't stand people acting like if James Cameron is involved then that means all will be right and perfect. If 1991 James Cameron were involved, I'd be interested. But I'm not interested if the James Cameron of today is involved since he's clearly moved on from Terminator and cares more about Avatar.
