I think most people found too hard  I imagine you love it now since you don't have to feed coins into a machine every time you lose too many lives. It's way too hard even when there was an easy setting. When I get really stuck, I watch a game play video on Youtube to find out the next move I need to make, but it IS damn hard still. It's pretty mind boggling to think some kids were able to beat this game in the arcades. There is a combination of agony and ecstasy to Space Ace and Dragon's Lair unlike any other video game. For me, the animation is so superb it's worth immersing myself in and the pure nostalgia is "off the charts." These classic laserdisc games are truly a different kind of gaming experience. |
