Spiderman is oversaturated because we keep getting pretty much the same archetype kid version of Spidey who hasnt transgressed or developed into a mature adult, pretty much like the comics.
Batman has had at least different takes on his character. BvS had an older, battle scarred Batman with a more blurred morality. Dark Knight trilogy we got a more law abiding, younger Batman who adhered to a close moral code. And going back to the Schumacher films we got 3 more different shades, the wackiest being Clooney and his Adam West style camp iteration.
Spiderman is always stuck in the 17-22 year old naive kid phase and cant escape in every movie.
