Can we afford Lebron? I remember reading we'd have to trade some talent to get him. Also...I like R. Anderson but if I remember correctly, he is being paid too darn much. I mean could we go (If we can keep this): CP3 Harden Lebron Tucker Capela OR CP3 Harden Ariza Lebron Capela IDK if we'd gotta give talent away. Im not sure theyd accept anything unless a Harden, CP3, or at least Capela in the deal. I DONT wanna lose Capela at all, so I guess of those 3...CP3. Id also love to try and keep Gordon, when he's hot (Like last night) dude is energy. He gives Harden/CP3 good rest. We can go CP3/Gordon/Green/Moute/Nene Or Tucker, Capela, Anderson. But idk what we could do if we gotta ditch talent. What, Moute, Ariza, Anderson, Green, both draft picks...we'd have to probably give up the farm. What I'd find interesting is a "swap" of basically...Lebron to the Spurs and Leonard to Cleveland. That make things interesting imo. That's the problem....that salary cap. Lebron can't justify taking less money because he's the face of the league and VP of the players association. If he took less the owners would start pointing to him in negotiations. "See? Even Lebron agreed to take less to help the team win!" The numbers just don't add up. Max deals cripple teams' ability to build a winning roster. That's what I figured. I ask now what....what about a 1 for 1 swap. Leonard for Lebron. Leonard at one point was being considered a top 5 player, hell some said he was the best player, or at least, best 2 way player in the NBA. I think it be interesting. Lebron finally going to the deep west, and to Pop and the Spurs (I hope Pop doesnt retire.) Leonard meanwhile would be going over to the East with Love and company.
