Personally my collection so far is:

2 Empire strikes back on vhs, 1 full screen special edition, and 1 widescreen special edition.

2 phantom menace discs, one blue ray tin case edition, and one dvd.

1 attack of the clones dvd.

 I just got the episode 1-3 collection! which has : Yoda on the cover, anyway it has:

2 Pm, 1 on dvd 1 blu ray

2 AotC , 1 on dvd, 1 on blu ray

2 RotS, 1 on dvd, 1 on blu ray.

1 Rouge one dvd also.
