The Kentucky Derby is always going to be huge. The Preakness always has the chance for the Kentucky Derby winner to get the first two legs. The Belmont is going to be worth almost nothing many years, but on the years when the horse wins the first two legs, the chance at the Triple Crown will always bring in huge ratings.
