One time I was sick from the flu and watched "The Rocketeer," "The Phantom," "The Shadow," and "Dick Tracy" in one sitting. Of course I passed out in between the films and some of them blended together but it was a cool way to spend a not so fun time. The Shadow was the only one of the four that I hadn't seen in the theater upon release. They all have their strengths and weaknesses. I think the most fun of the four is the Rocketeer but they all effectively capture that '30s vibe.
