I assumed you were joking, but, it sounds like you really were offended. He's offended because Marvel did it. If the similar thing happened in a DCEU film it would have been brave, original, moving and Oscar worthy True. Let's not forget: Pa Kent advocated Clark letting a bus of school children drown just to protect a secret. |
