Frankenstein would be fun to have on the show but I am not sure if they have the rights to use the character.
I feel they really missed out on a chance to do something with Solomon Grundy and they could have brought him back in his massive zombie form like in the Arkham games and had him destroying Star City and Oliver and the team have to stop him but they sadly wasted him and I am not sure if that was their decision or Warner Bros but I was disappointed. I have more news about the upcoming episodes of 'Arrow' and rather than start another new thread I thought I would share it here.

“DIAZ AIMS FOR TEAM ARROW AND THEIR FAMILIES – Diaz (guest star Kirk Acevedo) targets Team Arrow and their loved ones. Oliver (Stephen Amell) struggles with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) putting herself in danger when she gets the chance to stop Diaz for good.”
