I think there's a fallacious argument hiding in there somewhere.

If you look at my posting history more carefully, you will see that my "venom" is rarely unleashed without provocation. Remember, we were having a simple disagreement until you inferred that I was a steaming pile of shit. That's when I clobbered you, causing you to run off and create this safe-space thread to hide in.

Allow me to play Devil's Advocate here. I don't know what brought this thread on and honestly it's no business of mine. A dancing GIF battle seems harmless enough to me, but if you wanted to ignore the thread completely I'd totally understand. I'm an Ackbar supporter and although you and I have had our disagreements in the past, I haven't jumped on you in this thread because I don't have anything against you personally.

But I have to ask the question: If you're willing to argue with people in this thread, why aren't you willing to have fun and post more GIFs? That Indy GIF was lethal, I'd like to see more of that as a casual observer of this thread. The two reasonable reactions to this thread, at least by my estimation, would be either to ignore it or take it as a silly way to resolve your differences and post some GIFs. Instead you're choosing option C and doing battle with negative rhetoric. And maybe the argument itself is fun for you, I don't know. But that goes against what you're saying here.
