I really like this movies historical type storyline ,
the musical scores throughout this movie ,
and the house / mansion is so wonderful & beautiful too

The Haunting (1999 film)

I have not seen that movie for a while now, but what I do remember the most was how great the mansion/house looked in the film, and how it had a very cool and impressive atmosphere throughout the length of time.
I do however remember it got a lot of slack by the critics, and it seems like one of those big budget horror release of 1999 which rarely is being brought up during movie/horror discussions.

Never seen the original, but I do own the remake.
Anyway, glad you enjoyed the movie mszanadu.
