You'd have to get pretty far south to find that: the southern halves of states like California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, etc. Most of Florida would be a safe bet, I'd imagine, although even northern Florida gets cold snaps in the winter time.

Well you'd have to be careful since some of those areas get oppressive Summer heat - Southern Arizona, Death Valley, etc.
