You'd have to get pretty far south to find that: the southern halves of states like California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, etc. Most of Florida would be a safe bet, I'd imagine, although even northern Florida gets cold snaps in the winter time. Well you'd have to be careful since some of those areas get oppressive Summer heat - Southern Arizona, Death Valley, etc. Don’t move to south Texas, we get all the oppressive heat from the gulf. Plus hurricanes! That pretty much applies to all the gulf states-from Texas to Florida and every one in between. West Texas is pretty cool, it’s drier but it does get hot...it’s a dry heat though! There’s some snow in the winter but I don’t think it’s every winter and it’s not enough to have to shovel or deal with for months on end. It snows just enough to be an event!
