t's not a "claim". Its a fact that the Patriots have lost more Super Bowls than the Cowboys.
But you said the "real" superbowl the year 49ers beats Chargers in the actual super bowl (According to you, this wasnt the real super bowl) the actual super bowl was Dallas Vs. SF. Im just playing by the BS rules youre lying out. You made that claim, not me, not ctown, not msboston, not Klaw, you. We all knew the super bowl was SF Vs SD that year, but you said,"actual super bowl that year was SF Vs Dallas." Ok, so both went to 9 superbowls, and have won the same amount. You cant say that's the actual super bowl but dont like the out come of the argument.
Now if you wanna admit Dallas was 3rd or 4th (Again, IDK who SD beat in their title game, but both made the "final four" and both would either be 3rd or 4th).
Dont make nonsense claims and it wont be thrown in your face.
And losing the Super Bowl is a negative thing. If losing the Super Bowl is such a good thing, how come the losing team doesn't:
Ahhh it is all coming to bite you in your rear end. Losing the superbowl is bad, right? Ok, so why in the living ding dongs do you brag about "Dallas had a 20 season winning streak" yay, and only 2 cashes! As well a 3 failed super bowls, so...in 20 winning seasons:
twice they were first
threee times they were second
and 15 times they were 3rd or worse.
WOW so impressive.
This is like a Buffalo fan going,"No other team made 4 straight super bowls." WOW WELL BRAV-FN-O.. 4 super bowls, 0 wins. Ask anyone of the city of Buffalo...if Norwood would make that kick, give you guys a ring...BUT, those other 3 super bowls, youre not going, actually next 3 years you will go 8-8. Im pretty sure theyd take that deal.
So Dallas has the "best winning percent" but somehow has been to less super bowls as NE and NE has the same amount of rings, and you brag about this?
1. Pop open champagne and celebrate after they lose the Super Bowl?
Good, so stfu about the Dallas 20 game season streak when they only cashed in twice. That's 18 seasons they made 2nd or worse.
2. Put on caps and T-shirts that say "We're #2!" after they lose the Super Bowl?
Because people celebrate the champ, it's still an accomplishment to make a super bowl.
3. Have a parade where fans come to celebrate the Super Bowl loss?
Same as 2
If the Cowboys had played in the weak AFC, the Cowboys would've gone to plenty more Super Bowls.
If Tom Brady scored 21 points in the 18-0 season, he'd went 19-0.
If Lebron played in the Western conference he probably doesnt make NBA Finals year after year. Too bad, so sad.
But since the Cowboys played in the NFC and the best teams were in the NFC (and thus the NFC Championship was the real Super Bowl for a decade and a half), the Cowboys ony went to 8 Super Bowls. But like I said before, LOSING THE SUPER BOWL ISN'T SOMETHING TO BRAG ABOUT.
Youre such a Dallas fanboy it's laughable. I guess the Cowboys cant handle them Steelers, can they?
Losing the Super Bowl doesn't even mean that you're the 2nd-best team in the NFL; it only means that (like the other 31 teams) you're NOT the best team in the NFL. For example, the 1994 Chargers lost the Super Bowl to the 49ers, 49-26. But the Chargers weren't the 2nd-best team in the NFL. The 2nd-best team in the NFL in 1994 were the Cowboys, who were going for a 3-peat and lost to the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game, which was the real Super Bowl that year.
HAHAHAHAHAAHA, ty for making this claim again thus proving my point from before. Again, Im using your logic.
The reason that the Cowboys weren't in the Super Bowl that year was because they were on the same side of the bracket as the 49ers. Had the Cowboys been in the AFC, the Cowboys would've been in the Super Bowl that year. So losing in the Super Bowl isn't any more impressive than losing in a Conference Championship Game because you may have gotten to the Super Bowl just because you happen to be on the easier side of the bracket.
2nd best Dallas....but you should be used to that
