Yes, because the case wasn't about the deflation of the footballs. It was about whether the commissioner had the right to suspend Brady, which the CBA allowed him to do. Had Brady's team been able to make the hearing about the science of ball deflation, this would've been laughed out of court. Again, learn something about the case so you don't keep making a fool of yourself. You want some more facts? The footballs were hilariously held under lock and key leading up to Super Bowl 49 and all Brady did was lead the team to victory from 10 points down in the 4th qtr against the best defense in the league. The following season, Brady's passing numbers went up across the board-- yards, TDs, fewer INTs, you name it. So you can stop pretending they were deflating footballs all along to gain some kind of advantage. But why am I wasting my time with this? You don't know anything about football or this case, you literally just looked up one article and are basing your argument on that alone. I don't come to the Marvel board to talk football with clueless sock accounts. Thanks, it's been fun. Dude, poke around the Internet for long enough and you'll find we live on a flat Earth, the moon landings were fake and JFK was shot by a martian. Opinions are like butt holes...everyone has got one. Lets stick to facts - Brady was suspended for cheating and that suspension was upheld by a court of appeal. Do you know what it says next to that super bowl in my personal book of record, which is the only thing that counts? "VACANT."
