I don't know about Guardians of the Galaxy 2. It'll do well but it doing better than Fast and Furious 8? Seems unlikely. Some of those movies I have a lot more confidence about hitting $1 billion than Guardians. I think you might be right on this. I do think GG2 will make more than GG1. FF8 will not do as well as FF7. I'd like for GG2 to surpass FF8, but I doubt that happens. I think DM3 will gross more than FF7 or GG2 though. Minions did gross 1.15B two years ago. |
