No, your point was that "Abuse appears everywhere. Asking if I have "any evidence it appears in religious organizations more than anywhere else?" To which the answer still remains that one might reasonably expect any adherents of a moral religion or philosophy of life to lead by example, rather than being conspicuous by their hypocrisy. I hope that helps. But if you are now really suggesting that the authority of the church is irrelevant, then perhaps I ought to agree with you, since the child abusers within various faiths only seem to pay it lip service in this context. I believe it has escaped your attention that leadership is necessary even when one in ten thousand leaders proves unworthy of the task. This leaves you without a point to make. Or would you like to try to make one now? What about between one in 10 and one in 15 which is the case for Catholic priest paedophiles?
