Two come to mind:
1) The interrogation scene in TDK. Not only the best comic book scene but one of my all time favorite movie scenes ever. The Joker is electric. Such an intense and brilliant scene.
2) The airport battle in Civil War. So many amazing comicky moments and mini battles. It's a Marvel fan's dream come true.
