Spiderman's fight(s) with Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2.
I love that the action was in real time and they were both using all of their options.
Usually, most movies set up a particular skill being used and those Spidey scenes are still refreshing in contrast to most other hero hero movies.
Others I like
I also liked Wolverine's scenes against the soldiers in X2
Azazel massacring the CIA agents in First Class
Nick Fury's escape in Winter Soldier.
